I've had an EOD issue on 3 different occassions on non-consecutive days, and I really think the problem is a very old computer that likes to be the master. I've seen it do flakey stuff when I was onsite, and my short term solution is just to not allow it to be master anymore and see what happens.

However, I figured I would be proactive and ask anyway-

The debout.eod is reporting an error 4.301 and even shows a little dialog popping up on the boh that usually opens three of four instances of the same message.

Manually doing then EOD (copying over the log, grinding, and deleting EOD in data fixes the problem).

Thanks!

Possibly file copying during the EOD process, try disabling the write caching on all drives (FOH and BOH). Seemed to clear up some oddball stuff I would see at times that have no other explanation.
