Recurring entries deleted

I have a report scheduled to run in Crystal Enterprise (CE 8.5). It is scheduled 3 time, and I use a different parameter (and output filename) for each occurrence.
We have found that on some occasions, a recurring entry has disappeared!
I have set a limit on the Limits tab (Delete all instances when there are mmore than N instances of an object [100]). Could this be deleteing my recurring entries? I would hope not, but has anyone else come across this (or should I be looking at some other reason why they are disappearing?)

were there more than 100 when some disappeared?

Were any updates to the database used for the APS made that may have corrupted your APS data?

Try removing the Limits and see if the problem stops..could be a bug..were all SPs and hotfixes applied?

Almost certainly there would have been 100+ entires. I run this report every 2 minutes or so, 3 at a time (these reports display on a large screen in the factory and need fairly constantly refreshing)

We could have changed the database - we seem to be constantly adding users to Destination details!

I don't think any SPs/hotfixes have been applied. If I remove the Limits setting, this area will grow massively, so I am not that keen - but if it continues to cause a problem, I may well have to and manually delete older objects.
