i run spybot adaware cwshredder on a weekly basis, and despite latest definitions. always adaware finds between 3 and 12 new data minor files.

is it possible for me to get info on these pesky little sods and delete whatever keeps making them?

any input welcome (more info to follow if necessary)

thnx

I looks likes most of them are cookies. If you have IE6+ or Mozilla/Netscape, you can turn on cookie manager. That way everytime a cookie is sent to you, the browser will stop and ask if you want to accept it. You can globally refuse cookies from ad sites and accept cookies from sites you want cookies.
