Rectangle around selected object

Hi

does anybody know of a way to simply automatically draw a rectangle around the selected object?

leaving a small gap between the object
The object will already be selected.
No Fill, just 0.05 stroke.

Its a repetitive task I have to do and adjusting the rectangle so it fits around the selected objects is time consuming when you have alot!
