ReCrystallize Runs But No Data

Just bought a copy of ReCrystallize and am playing around with it. I'm having problems with reports with subreports. As long as I don't have any subreports my report runs fine, BUT if I have subreports then I don't get any data for the main report or the subreport. Has anyone encountered this?
