Recruiting - Automatic Rejection of Applicants

Does anyone know if One World Xe includes the following functionality: When an applicant is hired for a requisition, automatically rejecting (changing the candidate requisition status to rejected) all other applicants tied to the requisition (providing headcount equals 1)

If not, have you implemented a batch program/UBE or code to make this happen?
