Hi guys, any help is greatly appreciated.

Current set-up:
2 Domain Controllers & 1 Exchange 2000 Server all running Windows 2000 Server

Desired:
Exchange 2000 server hardware replaced and O/S changed to Windows Server 2003.
No change to other 2 Domain Controllers

Initial Problem: (Resolved)
Exchange 2000 is incompatible with Server 2003.
I can get Exchange 2000 to work on the 2003 Server.
This is done by creating a 'new' forest and domain. I've tested and it works fine.

Current Problem:
How do I join the existing 2000 domain controllers to the 'new' domain and forest I've just created without losing any of the AD information?

Notes:
The 'new' forest and domain will have the same name as the previous domain for obvious reasons.

I'll use exmerge to transfer mailboxes.

I have to create the 'new' domain and forest for Exchange 2k to work on 2k3 Server.

I cannot change operating systems (i.e. back down to Windows 2000) I cannot change to Exchange 2003 (although I'd love to) Unfortunately I'm stuck with this setup and must get it working. Again thanks for any help.
