Recreate NTDS settings for a server

I have a server in sites and services which has lost it's NTDS settings (Deleted!!)

AD complains there is no writeable partition for the domain that this server is a dc in, so replication is not working correctly.


Does anybody know how the NTDS settings can be recreated for the server?
