Recreate Free Busy Public Folder

Long story short, I had two exchange 2003 sp2 servers running and one died. It contained all of the public folders most importantly free busy info.

Fortunately all of the mailboxes were on the other serve which is working fine. I have made it the routing group master, etc. So can anyone tell me how I can recreate the exchange free busy data folder on the server?
