Recreate a text effect

Can anyone please tell me how to duplicate a certain effect in Adobe? Imagine a text box that you drop a ball on. The top of the text box concaves and the text inside the box has a elliptical effect. I may not be explaining this well but if you think you can help me I can always email you an example. I would be very thankful for any help you can offer.

I believe KPT 1.5 plugin for Illustrator has a text warp filter that would give that effect..........also an older plugin called Envelopes Filter ( works with Illustrator 8.0)...

Also try Photoshop 6.0............It has a new Text bending option
