recreate 11.1 to 11.0.4

Wondering why I can't recreate/downgrade these two new SD Cards they are 11.1 & want to downgrade them to 11.0.4

I get the attached popup.

Did you run a 11.0.4 Manager?

Yes I did, found the problem though.

I deleted the bins that had nothing in them.
So I had to uninstall my 11.0.4 & reinstall.
Recreating fine now.
