Recovery of deleted history files in IE 6.028

Greetings,
My computer at work is the sole internet connection. I come into work in the morning, and notice that in my IE history and cookies: all trace of internet activity has been erased. I believe someone has been using the internet and erasing their tracks afterwards.
I cannot restrict internet access, as some people use this computer for legitimate reasons.
Is there any way for me to find tracks after history and cookies have been erased? Is there any freeware out there I can install that will keep silent track of all my internet sites?

Not really. There is no big loss here though...unless you had something very important in history.

There is one called Surfing Spy which I have heard about. I don't thing its free, but offers a demo. Take a look at it here:
