What is the difference between FIXBOOT and FIXMBR ?

I recently got this question in an exam and was unsure if there was any difference?

FIXMBR recreates that actual master boot record and is (mostly) unrelated to the operating system. It contains information about the physical hard disk.
FIXBOOT recreates the boot loader files for the operating system (windows), not really related to the physical hard drive. The bootloader could contain information to possibly load other operating systems besides windows XP - running this command will reset those.
