Hello friends

With lot of hard work and hours spending, i had created a word file and saved it on a folder in the USB stick, and this was the only copy on my USB stick.
Now i wanted to copy one of the folder in my documents to my USB stick.unfortunately the folder which was in the My document was same as the folder in the USB stick and now it has replaced with folder from my doc and removed my orginal folder (my valuble folder). Is there any way to recover my orginal folder/files.Please help.any help greately appreciated.

Not tried this before on a USB flash drive, and the bench is full other PCs at the moment so can't easily check for you!

Get a (free) trial version of GetDataBack from and check if it will reveal your original folder/documents. If it does, then you may feel the urge to go buy the full product which has been used to very good effect by many on Tek-Tips including me!

Good luck.

If the actual pages containing the data were not physically overwritten, you should be able to get the data back.
