Recovering Sys

Hello all-
I have a server where the Sys volume has been completely corrupted on both mirrored partitions. I was wondering if there is a way to recover the data I had on this volume. Luckily I had a back-up of all the data files, so its not of the utmost importance right now, but I'd like to know what to do when this happens again, especially if they do not have a back-up <gulp>. Just trying to avoid Murphy's Law...
