Recovering Outlook Data

I have re-installed my OS (XP Pro) after major problems. I can see my original data but how do I recover my Outlook data (contacts etc?)

I've searched for .pst files but no success.

Any help on this much appreciated!

Did you reformat?
If you did not, you certainly should not have lost your PST files.

However, I'm not sure your system is "showing" them. I don't recall if they're hidden files or not.

Open My Computer.
Menu: Tools-Folder options, View tab.
Make sure nothing is selected to be hidden.

Now search for PSTs...
