recovering only files changed since ...

Hi,
I'm looking for a rel. simple solution for a simple problem.
Does anyone have an idea for a solution with Networker to recover only those files which have changed or were created after a certain date.
I was not able to find any hints in the documentations. I could imagine of using scripts to browse the filesystem for new/changed files, compare the output with "nsrinfo" results to find matches and pass the results to the command "recover", but it seems to be too complicated.
