Recovering lost Word doc

I have (had) a doc named CSC.doc saved in one folder, and another doc also named CSC.doc saved in a different folder. Both docs were open simultaneously, and I inadvertantly saved one as another (essentially I now have the same doc saved in two different folders).

Is there any way of recovering the first CSC.doc?
