Possible? I already told the user no, but wanted to dig anyways.

This happened yesterday around 11A and she didn't realize she needed the message until after she logged out of the system. And it wasn't reported to me until several hours later and I haven't had any luck trying to recover it, but I didn't try to hard either. It's not critical, not a legal matter, and not something the user can live without. But I thought I'd ask you experts as I'm curious.

I have server access, with admin rights, and have daily backups scheduled at 3AM. However, I was backing up to a local drive (D:\) so messages were not stored. I inherited support for this server recently, and I had scheduled to point the backups to a network share next week, but here we are. I went ahead and changed that now and pointed the backups to a network share, so hopefully I'll be good in the future. But what about now?

Thanks in advance! I'm not hoping for much, but thought I'd ask.

Oh yeah, does anyone have an 8.5 or 8.7 manual? I have both discs...30 minutes away from me. So I'll get it eventually, but if someone has it handy, I appreciate it! I support 3 UM8700's; 2 are 8.7 and the other and 1 with the deleted voicemail is on 8.5. The "latest" that I have on hand is 8.2.

Thanks again.
