Recovering deleted project

Hello,
I was creating a new project in websphere and unfortunately I put my Desktop as the location. It copied all the items from my desktop into the project in websphere and when i saw this happening I deleted the new project without

How can i recover it all?.... Quick response would be greatly appreciated
