Recovering deleted outlook messages... 1

One of our employees' PST files was too big and they accidently deleted thier entire inbox - including very important documentation. They recieved a message saying to use shift+delete to erase the files so it is not in thier deleted items.

Has anyone ever experienced this - How can I recover the data?

If you click on the deleted items folder and then hit Tools, do you see a recover deleted items option.

No - unfortunately, as much as I request - we are not using an exchange server each employee uses a Pop3 account through frontbridge... I need to try and find where to recover the data from locally. I am sure there has to be some way - Where there is a will there is a way ?
