Hello,

What I have been asked to do is to assist in the migration of client servers from one site to another and also from one Networker server to another. The clients data currently resides on one EMC Symmetrix storage array and is being migrated to another (IN AS CHEAP A WAY AS POSSIBLE!!). What I'm interested in is an easy way to do this as the clients will be moving one at a time so this precludes doing a "disaster" type recovery. The clients are quite large ranging from 300gb to 1.3tb worth of data. Another complication is that the actual data that is backed up resides on mirrors of the host servers disks which are mounted onto the backup server and so they all appear as one client! The version of networker being used is 6.1 on a solaris 8 server.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

C.
