recovering a lost/deleted voice mail message 1

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to retrieve an accidentally deleted voice mail? My customer put in a request to retrieve a VM that she accidentally deleted from her husband. He passed away a few days later and as you might imagine, it's very important for her to get this message back. It's an Intuity Audix, Rls 5, Software version: G3V8i.04.1.046.6

Typically you only get one shot to undelete a voice mail message and that is right after you realize you didn't mean to delete it and you **U it.

My heart goes out to the customer and it may be that the voice mail is not gone forever. To have any chance of getting at it at all it has to have been saved on a backup. Only her AUDIX administrator would know for sure. Assuming there was a backup taken (and we back up our VM every night but only keep two generations) you would then have to co-opt the administrator to assist.
