Recover OE message rules

Hi,
My HDD crashed, I was able to recover the files, I switched to new HDD. I wanted to recover complete OE (outlook express) data. I was able to get back addressbook and message folders BUT not message rules, I know that the rules of OE are stored in Registry.

- Is there any way to locate and extract "message rules" info from the crashed HDD (how to locate the registry info on the crashed HDD)?
