Because of some network upgrades, our CMS server was down at the time it was scheduled to run the data backup. Our reports now show we didn't take any calls yesterday. Is there a way to retrieve the historical data for yesterday from the switch?

Thank you!

You probably didn't lose the historical data, it probably just didn't summarize. Can you still pull interval reports for yesterday?

To force an archive (or summary) you can go to System Set-up, Data Summarizing. In the Data type field, select Daily. Put the date in for the day that was not summarized. You'll want to do this before Saturday because if all of the daily data isn't there, it won't do the weekly summary.

Marcell55,
To answer your question, yes, we were able to pull interval reports for 9/3.

I ran the daily Data Summarizing as you suggested, and we are now able to pull the necessary reports for 9/3.

Thanks very, very much for your help!
