Recover Exchange user

An Exchange Receiptient lost her access to the Exchange Server in Outlook.

I made a copy of the entire Exchange system, deleted and reinstalled the user.

Outlook still cannot confirm the name to the Exchange Server.
Once I figure this out, or someone helps me, how to I ascertain which Exchange folder, in my backup has all her original email?
