Recover deleted items in PST

Hello,

I have someone who deleted an email folder and emptied the deleted itms in their personal folder file (by accident..?). Is there a way to recover this and obtain those files back? machine is win 2000 so no system restore avail.

I've been able to do this a couple of times - You corrupt the PST file with a hex editor, let the PST recover it's self and hey presto deleted messages back!! Take a look at for instance
