Hi, I'm new here.

I need to recover some files from PC Recycle Bin.

I clicked "empty recycle bin".

I know the files could still be potentially recoverable, but with some software.

Could you recommend me a good one ?

I'm trying one named iBoysoft now, but that one could not dig out the files I'm looking for.

I just deleted them a few days ago on my spare PC that I lightly use.
Potentially the disk segments are not overwritten yet and they are still recoverable.

Thank you.

Depending on where you live, it may be beneficial to you to take your computer to a place where somebody have some experience in recovering files. They should have software to do it. And it may be a lot faster, cheaper, and more reliable than doing it yourself.

And I would not focus on ‘Recycle Bin’, I would rather state the full path(s) and file name(s) of what you want to recover.

I had a similar experience a week ago when I accidentally held down SHIFT whilst deleting some files, not realising that some folders were also selected but out of sight of the File Manager window. I realised almost immediately what I had done the moment I scrolled upwards in the File Manager window. Ouch!

Whilst I understand what @Andrzejek is saying, in my experience specialist data recovery can be very expensive.

I used the free version of Recuva and was able to recover most of the deleted files from the deleted folders... but some folders were already unrecoverable. I've used Recuva before and IMO it's one of the better free data recovery tools... and probably the fastest in my experience. Others can be very slow searching.

Hope this helps...
