Recover data on deleted FAT Partition

Dear All,

I have a very very big problem !!!
I have a notebook harddisk (capacity 10GB)which I use to backup data (external harddisk with device DrivePack USB) with FAT partition. When I tried to clean install WinXP on my PC harddrive with capacity 40GB, unfortunately (by accident) I have deleted/format the FAT partition on my external harddisk because my DrivePack device still connected to my PC through USB Interface and all my data lost.... hik..hik..hik..
Maybe you can give me suggestion that help me to recover my data on FAT partition which already deleted with any software and how to do it???

There are many recovery tools on the market. You may be able to find a free tool if you search the net. The above link may help though.

I've not used this, it turned up when I was doing some hunting awhile back.
