recover corrupt lotus smartsuite 5.0 wk5 files

one of my lotus smartsuite 5.0 files suddenly can not be opened, i got this message :
"Not a valid worksheet file"

I tried to open it with Excel but still not working. I don't know what cause this files corrupted. Is there any recovery tool to open it?
