Recover code and forms from project files

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know ( if there is a way ) how to recover form info and the code from the files generated by the Pack and deploy Wiz ? The originals have been deleted ( Doh!)and rather than rewrite can I rescue the data from the P&D files ????

I think the P & D Wizard compiles the vb project, which in your case is of no help whatsoever it only contains required files/ dlls etc no form code

Shazbat ! I suspected this might be the case - ho hum back to the rewrite - thanks anyway !
