Recover audio from NICE

Hi "NICE" people,


I'm trying to recover audio files (tapes) on a NICE Server (v 8.90.03.03) but nothing happens.

I tried following steps (in NICE Administrator ToolBox) installed in my PC.

> BackUp Copy
>> Device >>> Media Content

Then, I select an audio from the list, I press "Recover" and a screen appears. When process ends, It says "Ready" but I don't know where audio is been copied (PC folder, server, etc).

Please help me with this issue.

hi. the retrieve process retrieves the calls off media back onto hard disk of logger. once retrieve is finished you use nice query to find and playback calls.
