Please help. Four books and numbers of website later, I still can’t get an answer.
I have a database with about 12,000 records. I use the Filter by Form to find the records I want because
each record has about 80 fields to search by. All works well when I run the filter and the form tells me how many records I have retrieved and that it is a filtered recordset. I have a report that lists the record number and some other pertinent information I need that tells me what records I should look at from the whole database. The problem is, when I try to print out the whole filtered recordset on the report, the report only prints the first record and leaves the rest blank. I can pull up individual records and print out individual record information but can’t print the whole recordset at once on the report. I will be using this search and print out this document 10 times a day. Please help. Thanks.
