Hi
I recently finished!!! my Access database and then got asked to put it on an SQL server for the group to use. Disaster struck.
I managed to split the database ok, then using SQL created a new db and imported the tables only. Next, replicated (merge replication) the database out to the Access front ends where the forms, queries and macros sat.
Problem is forms using queries to fill fields give the error "recordset not updateable" I can browse up and down existing records but can make any changes or additions.
Simple forms using tables only, work great. So far I have tried setting the query property "unique records" to NO, removing distinct from the Queries, No joy so far.
Any clues would be really appreciated
