What exactly is this "temporary recordset" and where is it coming from?
Is it an ADO recordset or do you mean a text file?
Do you basically want to take that data and write it to a new Access table?

Please elaborate a little more! [sig]
Tarek
tarek@regalsystems.net

The more I learn, the more I need to learn![/sig]

it s a new ado recordset i have created (with data from a file text).
i have extract the data from the text file and in a second time, i want to insert the data which are on my ado recordset, into an existant access table.

and i want to know if i must insert record by record or if i can send all my ado recordset into the access table.

Thanks
