I've created a worksheet (Excel 2K) and preselected a range of cells populated with formulas and formatting that I need. I did this so that I could have the user fill in data using an access form however the input from the form won't allow the list to grow without losing my formatting etc. As a result the recordselector shows every row in the list as being a record although no data (other than the formatting and formulae) exists in them yet.

Failing a better way to do this, how can I make the recordselector indicate only the records with filled fields? As it is now the user has to scroll through all the records to find the next available record to input her data.

Thanks, Mike
