We have a sharepoint folder/tab which (at this time of the year) contains 104 items, 52 folders - one for each week of the year, and 52 summary spreadsheets - one for each week. Unfortunately, Sharepoint has some format parameter which will cause a second page for the 101st item. Is there a way to change that page limit format value from 100 to, say, 105 items so that we can have all our data on the first page?

If i understand you correctly....

Go to that library, then go to library settings, scroll down to Views and pick the view that everyon uses (probably has black check marks) once that opens scroll down to ITEM LIMIT and change how many items show per page.
