RECORDS NOT SAVING

Has anyone come across this problems:

The record is created, during this process the field "Entered By" should also be inserted into the appropriate field in the main table with the user's name. Sometimes, think it could be caching, fails! Any ideas?

The program isn't to allow incomplete records to export. Recently, I have received exports from various sites where the exported data holds tables with missing record information. These fields are REQUIRED and the record should never had exported! Any ideas?

I should mention that the sites are networked with a Peer to Peer or just plain mapping to emulate networking.

You mentioned this only happen recently, does this means that it has been working fine before?

Are these the same tables as mentioned in TABLE REPAIR message?
