I have a multiuser database (Access 97) that stores events/problems. All users have the same input form and the results of their input go to a RTF report. There are 10 of these 'event logs' corresponding to the different work areas. Two of the 'logs' are creating duplicate entries on the report. The VB coding is the same for all of the reports. Does anyone know if this is an Access quirk or possibly a network problem?

Records duplicating in .rtf report

Sounds like a VB quirk that is only showing up under certain conditions. Barring that, make sure you have SR-2 on all your copies of Access, Repair and compact the server side of your DB and also do it to the client and re-distribute the client.
