Records changing to chinese - help!

I have a database in a multiuser environment, some use Terminal Services to access the database. The main table is cleaned out each time billing is run to keep the record count low. However, on occaision a record becomes corrupted & chinese characters & blocks show up as record values on forms. The main table will not show the chinese characters, but the block character. I'm not sure if this is the proper place to put this thread, however I'm at my wits end. This is occurring more & more yet the database doesn't ever report corruption. Any help would be appreciated - Access 2002 on windows 95, 98 & 2000 clients on a win2000 server.

Since you are hosting the db on a server, your problem may be in your network! Check out this article from Microsoft's Knowledge base:

Also had this problem.

I compacted and repaired the DB and afterwards it was working fine
