Records as a percent of avg

I have a report that gives me the total tasks, the total time, and the percent of standard for a given task. The report also gives me the totals for the department. I have it set up to give me the department avg for time, tasks, and percent of standard. What I need to have it do is give me percent of dept avg for each of the workers. Any ideas?

Are you really certain you want a percent of the department average? Can you provide you data with a column containing your values in need displayed?
