Hi, is anyone out there recording wireless devices using Nice? I'm thinking in particular of devices that switch from GSM/GPRS to WiFi when you enter a Company building.

I realise this is new technology but it will come and we need to get this onto our contact recording strategy roadmap. We are a Nortel house.

If noone's adopted any of this stuff yet, does anyone know of any good resources on the web?

Cheers

I'm sure that nice would have something along these lines given their history

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

If you setup trunk-side loggers if you forward your calls to wireless devices I think it should capture the call recording.

I agree with Toni269. As long as there's a physical cable where the audio goes through - either a trunk or a pair of wires, you should be able to record it.
