EC500 feature enabled with 9641 Desk Phone to his Cell Phone
If he answers the call for (xxx xxx xxxx) on his cell phone he does not hear the Warning Tone
Is there an option that needs to be set?

Thank You

What warning tone? Are you talking about the dial tone from the confirmed answer feature? Please explain a little more in detail and then post your configuration for this problem along with a software version/platform information.

If this is an ec500 feature you will want to share the "displ off conf XX" that the user in question is configured with.

Are you recording via service observe? I believe CM only plays that on real telephones. The recorder would have to play the tone (I think!)

Malicious Call Trace FNE
Malicious Call Trace Activation sends a message to the Malicious Call Trace (MCT) control
extensions that the user wants to trace a malicious call. MCT activation also starts recording
the call, if your system has a MCT voice recorder.

Using MCT FNE on your cell phone
About this task
Use this procedure to send messages to MCT control extension reporting malicious call.
Procedure
1. On your cell phone, establish a call and put the call on hold.
2. Dial the Malicious Call Trace FNE phone number.
You hear a confirmation tone.

We are Recording with the TelStrat Recorder

• 1340 receives a call
• TelStrat Recorder database recognizes 1340 as a Recorded Extension
• TelStrat conferences 1340 to 6901 (one of the 35 licenses)

The issue come when 1340 has EC500 and the call is picked up by the cell phone
1340 is not recorded

It's not possible to record ec500 cell phone call through your Communication Manager other than MCT described earlier.
