HI all,
I cannot make any changes to the recording planner wihtout restarting the CLS. I can delete an old plan for example yet calls will still record by that plan until the CLS has been restarted. We have about 8 sites all and this occurs on about 6 of them. I cannot find the reason. Is there even a service that can be restarted that is non-servicing affecting that will promt the CLS to look at the planner again?
This is an issue that has been going on for months. Any help would be much appreciated. UPgrading to 8.9 and/or Perform will occur eventually but in the meantime ....
