Recording on web manager

Hi guys,

Not sure if we miss configuration to our vmpro setup in our primary server run in Linux environment.

The calls are recorded I can see them in /opt/vmpro/MM/VRL handover folder but not appearing in web manager/management.

Version: IP office 500V2 server edition 11.0

Do you have a license for Media Manager?
Have your added an additional hard disk to store the recordings?
Have you started the Media Manager service?
Have you configured the Media Manager application?

Until you do the above you can only store recordings in mailboxs. The VRL folder is purely a temporary location for files which Media Manager collects and then moves to its own folder.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
