Can someone tell me how to record on a distribution list. I have created a list of management staff and I would like the personal verification greeting to identify this group list, however, I cannot remember how to record on the distribution list, can anyone refresh my memory.

It's been awhile since I've had to do it myself but; I think you have to use the control set for Distribution List recording.
