Recording New Main Greeting

Hi all,

I have a customer that has a Partner Rel 7 system. They need to change the main greeting in voicemail. I read through the Messaging manual and the instructions I'm following do not work.

I dialed:
Intercom 777
0 followed by the password to access the System Manager Mailbox

When I press 0 it says "Transferring you to the operator". It doesn't allow me to even enter the password.

Any help would be much appreciated. Am I following the wrong instructions?

They probably have Partner Mail VS. That's different than Partner Messaging. Use 99# for the extension.
