Is any out there using a solution that is recording all calls including calls made to and from the mobile client? I am using callrex right now and callrex uses the IP address of the telephone to sniff for calls so therefore it does not see those mobile calls?

You need a systems that is between the trunks and the pbx
It records the trunks so then you are able to record all calls

cknipe,

yes have this working.

You need to use the Mitel Secure Recorder Connector and upgrade the ME to 1.7 (if it's not already)

Then when we set up the pbx there is the option to put in the address for SRC.

The Monitors and outgoing lines are then registered to the SRC. Then it records like a normal IP phone

Ask call Rex about the SRC
