has anyone here set up a recording system for incoming call center calls? we are looking at possibly setting up a recording system for quality control and I am not sure were to begin or if it can be done.
I have peeled through the documentation on the BCM (BCM 400 with Call Pilot) but have come up short.
can anybody point me to the right direction
