I am installing a Call Pilot 100 and the customer has an administrator in another city that they would like to record the greetings. Is there any way to do the recordings remotely or do they have to be done locally.
Thanks!

You can import the greetings into the CP 100. Look at the documentation for the format it has to be in.

Or if you have a playback device for the recording, Radio Shack sells a handset adapter that you can use for that.

It's a lot cheaper than a plane ticket.

Depending how many lines they have if using the Broweser to log into VM when going to record a greeting instead of entering a DN to record from enter the route and number where this person is and it will call them, then record. I would use a cell to talk to them while doing the recording.
